CSR - Customer Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Provide updates to clients about project progress and timelines.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients by guiding them through our processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or tech services is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
