Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address questions, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Assist clients with account management, including updates, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships.
- Support team efforts by participating in training sessions and sharing insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, ensuring accuracy during transactions.
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse client base effectively.
- Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances communication with broader audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for efficient data entry and communication.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette, professionalism, and clear communication skills are essential.
