Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) located in Islamabad. The CSR will handle lead generation and day-to-day tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, managing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English listening and speaking, Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and handling Customer Service Representatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Problem-solving skills to manage and resolve customer issues
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or call center or related field

Note:

  • Job Timing: 5 PM to 2 AM (Night Shift)

Salary 30k+

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
