We’re Hiring! – CSR (Customer Sales Representative) Arabic (Outbound Calling)

Allianz Call Center Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and motivated Arabic-speaking Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team in Islamabad. If you are fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English, and have proven experience in Online Trading call centers, this is your chance to build a rewarding career with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Call and engage with potential and existing clients
• Negotiate and close high-value deals
• Respond quickly and professionally to client needs
• Work towards achieving monthly and weekly sales targets
• Stay updated with global financial markets

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English
• 1–3 years of experience in Online Trading outbound call centers
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and a great team player
• Freshers and students are not eligible

• Fixed salary starting from PKR 75,000
• Performance Allowance – PKR 5,000

Job Details:

• Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Mon–Sat)
• Saturday OFF if weekly office targets are achieved
