We are a dynamic team seeking experienced Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing on-site workforce. If you thrive in sales environments and have a proven track record in customer service or sales roles, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and confidence.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products/services that align with those needs.
  • Maintain and manage customer accounts efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide accurate product information and resolve any customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a CSR role is preferred (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site setting.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
