What You’ll Do:

Manage INBOUND CALLS to support UK-based customers.

Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure outstanding customer experience.

Maintain CRM records with attention to detail.

Meet daily and weekly performance targets (calls handled, customer satisfaction, etc.).

Follow communication guidelines, call scripts, and company standards.

Collaborate with team leads for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent English communication skills (speaking & listening).

Call center or customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory).

Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving attitude.

Must be available to work the full UK shift (1 PM – 10:30

PM PKT).

Fast learner with basic computer knowledge.

Self-motivated, punctual, and performance-driven.
