Role Description

This is a full-time, nightshift, on-site role for an Outbound Sales Representative located in Bhara Koh Islamabad. The Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, engaging with them through phone calls, and presenting products and services. Other day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, ability to present solutions, and meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to conduct research, identify leads, and manage pipelines efficiently
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic technical proficiency with digital tools and platforms
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
