Qualifications

- Previous experience in HVAC is preferred.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Experience with payment processing software.
- Ability to analyze customer issues effectively and provide timely resolutions.
- Proficient in using office software applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
