Position Overview
San Antonio Windshield Company is hiring a high-energy Customer Service & Sales Representative to support our growing evening and weekend operations.
This role is a combination of customer service and inbound sales. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for answering calls, providing quotes, and helping guide them to confidently book their service.
We’re looking for someone who is professional, efficient, and results-driven—someone who enjoys helping people but also understands how to close and convert opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Treat our customers like family, showing a positive attitude and genuine gratitude in every interaction.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to online quote requests
- Provide accurate pricing and service recommendations
- Guide customers through the booking process and secure appointments
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions
- Communicate with customers via phone and text
- Maintain accurate notes in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members during shifts via internal chat
- Use company scripts and processes while maintaining a natural tone
Performance Expectations
Manage inbound lead volume:
- Weekdays: 5–15 leads per shift
- Saturdays: 20+ leads per shift
- Sundays: 5–10 leads per shift
Target close rate: 35%–40%+
Respond to leads quickly and follow up consistently
This is a performance-based role—your ability to communicate and convert directly impacts your success.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM CST
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST (30-minute break)
- Sunday (optional): 12:30/1:00 PM – 4:00 PM CST
We are hiring one or two team members to cover these shifts.

- Strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented mindset
- Sales-minded (not just order-taking)
- Clear, confident, and professional phone presence
- Fast-paced and efficient while maintaining accuracy
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
- Able to multitask across calls, texts, and systems
- Reliable, accountable, and consistent.

- You struggle in a fast-paced or performance-based environment
- You have unreliable internet or frequent technical issues
- You are not responsive or engaged during team communication
Technical Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet (wired connection preferred)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Laptop/computer capable of running multiple web-based systems
- Quality headset for calls
- Comfortable using browser-based phone systems, CRM tools, and messaging platforms
Compensation & Growth
- $15.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)
- Performance bonuses for jobs booked
