Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Comfort Air, Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers in the Portland/Vancouver area. Your role is essential in delivering exceptional service and support, contributing to our mission of providing top-notch heating and air conditioning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and provide updates on service status.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive company image.
• Provide information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with service scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus.
