CSR - Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Job Summary

At Earl's Plumbing, Heating and Air, we are rapidly growing, and now have a need for another Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative. The CSR is responsible for receiving, coordinating, and scheduling service calls from customers, and editing those same jobs from technicians. Work involves evaluating incoming calls to determine priority of service needs, giving assistance when needed, and entering the appropriate data for dispatch. Strong verbal & computer skills are a must. Paid training, advancement/growth potential, vacation time, health insurance plan, outstanding group of people to work with.
