CSR - Customer Service Representative/ Install Dispatch position

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle various inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Must be organized and have a high level of communication.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
• Analyze customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when required.
• Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services during customer interactions.
• Pull permits for all our new installs.
• Dispatch the install team to their assigned jobs for the day.
• Build install job folders.
• May need to call clients and collect payment.

Skills

• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish or other multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
• Strong background in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Experience with cash handling processes is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is beneficial for enhancing customer engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
