Job Role: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at Asra Derm, you will:

- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat.

- Assist customers in resolving inquiries, issues, and ticketing-related concerns.

- Offer information about our services, events, and promotions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our services and resolve complex problems.

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our brand values.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online ticketing platforms is a plus.

- A flexible schedule, as the role may require occasional evening and weekend availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
