We are looking to fill several Customer Service positions. We are looking for experienced, energetic Customer Service associates to learn our business and grow with our company.
CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS FOOD DISTRIBUTION EXPERIENCE ARE A PLUS
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, accurately entering customer orders which can be up to 200 line items per order, processing end of day routes discussing payments and resolving issues.
Job Description
- Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
- Input customer orders, which can be up to 200 items per order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with orders and problems. Contact vendors and requests samples for customers.
- Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
- Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail on a daily basis, writing sample requests and special orders when necessary.
MUST HAVE HEAVY DATA ENTRY SKILL AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE ENTERING HIGH VOLUME ORDERS.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 Years Customer service, call center and / or related area within foodservice industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills working on a professional level with customers, and vendors, as well as internal customers such as Sales Team members
- Must be dependable and reliable.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
