Who We’re Looking For

We’re not looking to train someone on the trades — we’re looking for someone who already gets it. If you’ve worked in HVAC (or another home service line), understand how a service call works from the customer’s point of view and the technician’s, and you know how to move jobs efficiently while keeping customers happy, this role was built for you.

The ideal candidate has dispatching, CSR, or inside sales experience in the home services. You know what it means to prioritize a board, handle a frustrated homeowner.. You’ve probably used a field service platform like ServiceTitan, SuccessWare, or similar — and you’re comfortable owning your numbers.

Compensation:

$30-$60 per hour, depending on experience, which includes incentives and bonuses

Job Description:

• As a CSR, your responsibilities include:
• Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Making a minimum of 90 calls per day / 450 calls weekly (inbound + outbound combined).
• Achieving and maintaining a minimum 80% booking rate.
• Actively presenting and closing Service Agreements, with a minimum 3% close rate.
• Completing required daily Happy Calls (minimum 5).
• Responding promptly to:
• ServiceTitan chats
• Google & Yelp chats
• Call Source leads
• Managing customer concerns, booking issues, or complaints until resolved.
• Participating in the Saturday on-call rotation.
• Accurately completing all required paperwork:
• Time Sheets
• Spiff Sheets
• Supporting the company mission of delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
