CSR, Dispatcher, and Lien

Duties:

- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their service requests
- Dispatch drivers and lot personnel to customer locations based on urgency and availability
- Utilize phone systems and computer software to manage and track service requests and drivers assignments
- Coordinate releases and inspections for customers that also include police agencies.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information, service records, and inventory levels
- Assist with fleet management, including tracking vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinating repairs
- Collaborate with dispatch to inventory and deliver auction vehicle to the auction yard.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a dispatch role or similar position is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software for dispatching purposes (tow software and GPS software)
- Familiarity with police impounds and towing processes and procedures
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of fleet management practices is a plus
- Experience working with auctions and liens is a plus. May be required.

This organization is contracted with Hawthorne Police Department, Gardena Police Department, LASD, and CHP. The person applying must be able to pass a DOJ background and be comfortable with working with police.

This position will require you to sit or stand for most of your shift. You will be required to stand for over a few hours a day. Also, you may need to lift 25 to 40 pounds at times. Sitting, standing, walking, and lifting is a part of this position. You may need to be required to comply for over 1 hour at anytime.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
