CSR Dispatcher | Graveyard Shift

Shift Details:

• Saturday – Wednesday Schedule
• Sat (10am-6:30pm)
• Sun (12pm-8:30pm)
• Mon-Wed (10pm-6:30am)
• Off Thursdays & Fridays!

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of transportation/logistics Clerical work experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing work priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and in a team environment.
• Attentive to details and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities | Tasks:

• Accurate data logging, billing, and maintaining records.
• Providing real-time route support for drivers
• Providing support to retail clients and end-user customers
• Supporting end-of-day logistics operations and driver check-in
• Audit of logs and trip reports and other DOT reporting, maintain of files, customer service interaction, resolution of driver equipment requests and pallet tracking.
• Involve Safety team as required by location
• Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
• Communicate with the customer any issues
• Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.

The CPC Logistics driver staffing operations center serving Manteca, CA is hiring a CSR Dispatcher for one of our solid customers out of Manteca CA. The role will consist of customer service along with dispatch support. This role requires 2 years minimum of clerical experience, preferably in the transportation industry. The dispatcher role will be a temp to hire position. Schedule will be Saturday – Wednesday with start times ranging from 10am-10pm.
