CSR / Dispatcher (HVAC)

Job Overview
Thayer Air Conditioning - New Braunfels, TX is a growing family-owned HVAC company looking for an experienced CSR / Dispatcher to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, professional on the phone, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. This position involves answering inbound calls, making outbound customer calls, scheduling appointments, and helping route technicians throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Make outbound calls for:
• Tune-ups
• Membership follow-ups
• Appointment confirmations
• Customer follow-ups
• Dispatch and route technicians efficiently throughout the day
• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians
• Enter customer and job information accurately into the system
• Help keep daily office operations organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Prior HVAC CSR and/or dispatch experience preferred
• Strong phone and customer service skills
• Friendly, polite, and professional communication
• Comfortable making outbound customer calls
• Organized and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Experience with Housecall Pro, Service-Titan, Sera, or similar software is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
