CSR / Dispatcher / Service Titan Experience Preferred / HVAC / Plumbing

Dempsey Energy is an HVAC and Plumbing company. We have a very busy office and need to hire a Sales / Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative. We are an emergency company and must respond to calls in a timely manner. If you have Service Titan Software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities would include: Answering the telephones, providing the best customer service to our customers and Sales. We have multiple opportunities for sales to new and existing customers. Tasks would also include assisting the estimator in completing sales.
Training would be provided for our computer software for the booking of all estimates/sales.

Dempsey Energy also provides the opportunity to earn commissions on all sales that are completed.

This position is currently full time - Monday through Friday - 8am to 4:30pm.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
