CSR For New Opening Outlet (Male & Female)

We are hiring Customer Service Representative (Male & Female) for our new outlet. The role requires energetic, disciplined, and customer-focused individuals who can drive sales, maintain store standards, and represent the brand professionally. Candidates must be confident in dealing with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products
• Explain product features, prices, and promotions clearly
• No Sales and Target
• Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the outlet
• Handle billing, cash, and POS operations accurately
• Manage stock, refilling shelves, and inventory checks
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: High School / Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred (Freshers may apply)
• Good communication (Females Prefered)
• Presentable personality and positive attitude
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Office is a plus
