CSR for Travel Industry

Fly Ace Travels is seeking a confident and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English (spoken & written), have strong sales and customer service skills, and possess prior experience in the travel and tourism industry. Job Responsibilities:

✔ Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
✔ Provide detailed travel information and expert recommendations to clients
✔ Maintain relationships with existing customers and attract new clients
✔ Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers
✔ Perform data entry and manage accurate booking records
✔ Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Intermediate's degree required
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Experience: Prior experience in a travel agency or the tourism industry is required
• Sales Background: Experience in national or international travel sales is mandatory
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with travel booking platforms
