Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Follow company scripts and call handling procedures
• Update customer records and call logs accurately
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets
