Techionik Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) Intern to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with potential customers, introduce them to our AI Automation services, and guide them on how automation can improve their business efficiency. Your main goal will be to help customers understand the value of getting their website developed and their business processes automated with Techionik.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Clearly explain Techionik’s AI automation and web development services.
  • Persuade customers to adopt our solutions based on their needs.
  • Maintain friendly, professional, and confident communication at all times.
  • Record customer interactions and update call outcomes when required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Confident and comfortable speaking on calls.
  • Ability to engage customers and capture their interest quickly.
  • Fast learner with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of technology or AI (preferred but not required).
