CSR Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated English-speaking Customer Service Intern to assist with customer inquiries and support operations. This role is ideal for freshers with O Levels education who want to start their career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle basic customer inquiries through calls, emails, or chat in English.
• Provide clear information regarding products, services, and general questions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow internal support procedures.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Follow guidelines and scripts to ensure service quality.
• Support the team with administrative and customer support tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• O Levels education (minimum requirement).
• Freshers with no experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Professional, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work onsite in DHA Phase 2 (Night Shift)

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
