CSR Lead - Social Media Management & Conversion

We're seeking a highly sharp, courteous, and interactive CSR Lead to manage leads on social media campaigns and drive maximum sales conversions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage and respond to leads on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

- Engage with potential customers, answer queries, and provide excellent customer service

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through social media interactions

- Collaborate with sales team to ensure maximum conversion of leads

- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights for improvement

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices

*Requirements:*

- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic analytics tools
