CSR (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We are hiring motivated and enthusiastic Cold Caling Agent to join our dynamic night shift sales team. Whether you're a fresher or experienced professional, if you have basic to fluent English and good communication skills, we welcome you to apply.

Job Description:

As a CSR, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our services, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Full training will be provided to help you succeed and grow within our organization.

Shift Timing:

6:30 PM to 5:00 AM (Full Time – Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet individual and team performance targets
• Provide product/service information and suppor

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Prior CSR or call center experience is a plus
