Job Summary:
Mars BPO is hiring Customer Sales Representatives to drive sales through outbound calling. The role involves identifying potential customers, pitching services, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Present and promote company services
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
