CSR/ Production/Graphic Design

Job Overview
Minuteman Press Grapevine is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative and a Graphic Designer. While the focus is on Customer Service , this role is involved in all areas of the business including digital print production and bindery/finishing, Graphics design is a plus. Being a fast paced environment, you must be flexible, a team player, a good communicator, have great organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering phone, email, and in-person customer inquiries
• Build jobs in our print management system (which we will train you on) with accurate spec’s, costs and recommended pricing.
• Manage production workflow to ensure optimum productivity and output
• Communicate with clients and vendors as necessary to source quotes, manage orders, product information.
• Operate bindery & finishing equipment (cutter, drill, punches, folders).
• Hand finishing.
• Inspect and verify that completed projects are produced to Minuteman quality standards.
• Order supplies/ maintain inventory of paper, bindery supplies, toner, packing supplies etc.
• Perform other related duties in relation to the requirements of a print shop, cleaning, etc
• Graphic Designer needs experience in CorelDraw, Adobe, and Illustrator.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail.
• Work both independently and as a member of a team, from concept to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Experience with Adobe suite specifically Illustrator and InDesign (Preferred)
• Experience with CorelDraw (Preferred)

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
