This role supports CNK & Associates LLP’s Sustainability Vertical by managing CSR project execution, partner coordination, field monitoring, and impact assessments. It strengthens the firm’s CSR capabilities and works closely with the ESG team to deliver integrated sustainability outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. CSR PROJECT PLANNING & IMPLEMENTATION

  • Support end-to-end CSR project execution across sectors (WASH, education, health, livelihood, environment).
  • Manage daily coordination with implementing partners and field teams.
  • Support with preparation of project plans, KPIs, charters, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct partner due diligence and monitor project budgets.
  • Maintain project MIS dashboards and audit-ready documentation folders.

2. CLIENT & PARTNER ENGAGEMENT

  • Coordinate with corporate clients, NGO partners, field coordinators, and authorities.
  • Attend meetings, document minutes, track actions, and communicate status updates.
  • Prepare client briefs, internal notes, and follow-up summaries.

3. IMPACT ASSESSMENT & MERL

  • Support design of monitoring frameworks and Theory of Change (Toc).
  • Co-Create tools: questionnaires, interview guides, FGD formats, and field checklists.
  • Support with Conducting baseline/midline/endline assessments.
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Draft impact assessment reports with meaningful insights.

4. DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCE

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly project progress reports and board-level CSR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Section 135, Schedule VII, and SDG alignment.
  • Maintain repository of case studies, stories, and visual documentation.

5. COLLABORATION WITH ESG TEAM

  • Share CSR data for BRSR and sustainability section inputs.
  • Provide social impact indicators and stakeholder insights.
  • Contribute to SDG mapping and social materiality assessments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s in Development Studies, Economics, Social Work, Public Policy or any other relevant field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in CSR project execution or impact evaluation.

CORE SKILLS:

· Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

· Excellent documentation, report writing, and presentation capability.

· MERL skills including data collection, basic analysis, and use of digital tools.

· Ability to conduct FGDs, KIIs, and field-based assessments with sensitivity.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from qualitative and quantitative data.

· Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and maintaining MIS dashboards. Exposure to SPSS/STATA/ Excel/ Power BI would be a plus.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively; comfortable with field travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
