CSR Require For Domestic Night Campaign

Answer calls professionally and dial follow up

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product & service information
• Process complains and new orders via calls & chats
• Coordination with concerned department in cases, customer query needs to solve on priority basis.
• Follow up the complains and reporting of loop closing to line manager.
• Must be follow instructions and any other task assigned by line manager

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in both Urdu and English Good typing speed with accuracy Ability to browse and identify locations efficiently Proficient in computer usage and basic applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
