CSR Research Consultant (Hybrid)

Role Overview

Responsible for conducting in-depth research, data analysis and impact assessment related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, sustainability programs and social development projects. The role involves supporting clients in CSR strategy formulation, project planning and performance evaluation through evidence-based insights, benchmarking and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Conduct monitoring, evaluation and impact assessments.
• Knowledge of CSR laws and guidelines (Companies Act, 2013; CSR Rules; Schedule VII), ensuring compliance.
• Familiarity with social impact assessment tools and sustainability frameworks (SDGs, ESG indicators, etc.).
• Coordinate with corporates, NGOs and partners for project delivery.
• Prepare CSR reports, case studies and impact stories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. Convent schooling (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Office, data visualization and report writing.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Sustainability, Economics
• 3–6 years of experience in CSR research, consulting, social impact assessment or project management or NGO project evaluation preferred.

Travel: This role may require light travel, so you should be able to travel 3 to 5 days per month.

Location: Candidates based in Kolkata (office based), Work from Home

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North 24 Parganas District, West Bengal
