Customer Sales Representative / Social Media Inquiries Handler
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Provide product information, pricing, and dealership details to potential customers
- Convert social media inquiries into sales leads
- Coordinate with sales and dealership teams for lead follow-ups
- Monitor and manage daily social media messages and comments
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or sales support
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and messaging systems
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
