Customer Sales Representative / Social Media Inquiries Handler

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Provide product information, pricing, and dealership details to potential customers
  • Convert social media inquiries into sales leads
  • Coordinate with sales and dealership teams for lead follow-ups
  • Monitor and manage daily social media messages and comments

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or sales support
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and messaging systems
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills
