Job Summary:
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience in Spanish and English, while working in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support in Spanish and English.
- Provide information related to products, orders, billing, and general customer queries.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Escalate complex or technical cases to relevant teams when needed.
- Meet performance targets including response time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (Native or Advanced Level) — mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, night).
- Good typing speed and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Availability for remote or onsite work in DHA Phase 2.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
