Job Summary:

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience in Spanish and English, while working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support in Spanish and English.
  • Provide information related to products, orders, billing, and general customer queries.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Escalate complex or technical cases to relevant teams when needed.
  • Meet performance targets including response time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (Native or Advanced Level) — mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, night).
  • Good typing speed and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Availability for remote or onsite work in DHA Phase 2.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lahore
