CSR Truck Dispatcher

Job Title: CSR Truck Dispatcher

Location: DHA Phase 1, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Timing: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM

Salary: PKR 60,000 to 80,000 (based on experience) + Dinner + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for freight deliveries across routes
• Monitor ongoing trips and maintain real-time communication
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and brokers
• Utilize dispatching software and load boards for assigning loads
• Troubleshoot delivery or routing issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and logs of dispatch activity
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of U.S. logistics and freight operations is a plus
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software tools
• Ability to work the night shift from 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
