CSR / TSR – Call Center (USA Packaging Company)

We are a US-based custom packaging company providing high-quality packaging solutions across the United States. Our Pakistan call center handles inbound and outbound sales, customer service, and support for our clients. We are expanding our team and looking for energetic, skilled, and motivated individuals to join our growing call center operations

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written required).
• Call center experience in CSR, TSR, sales, or support preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
