Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively within and outside the organization to ensure smooth interactions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in using communication tools and software.
- Flexibility to work from 3:00 AM - 12:30 PM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
