Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an Exceptional Customer Service Experience: Create 'Wow!' moments for customers through outstanding service.
• Manage Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle a variety of customer inquiries, while also proactively reaching out to customers during downtime.
• Renew Maintenance Agreements: Assist with renewals to ensure long-lasting customer relationships.
• Proactive Customer Outreach: Contribute to our outreach efforts through postcard mailers and other initiatives.
• Task Logging: Maintain accurate records of tasks and interactions for future reference.
• Dispatch Board Understanding: Familiarize yourself with the dispatch board to optimize scheduling.
• Identifying Opportunities: Recommend additional services to customers, enhancing their experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of Customer Service or Dispatch Experience: Display a proven track record of delivering high-level customer service.
• ServiceTitan Experience: Familiarity and experience with this specific software program is essential to success in this position.
• Strong Computer Proficiency: Comfortably navigate computer systems and software.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Excel in both verbal and written communication.
• Phone Enthusiast: Enjoy engaging with customers over the phone and providing assistance.
• People-Centric Attitude: Possess a friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A solid educational foundation to build upon.
• Pass Background Check and Drug Screen: Maintain a clean record to ensure a trustworthy team.
