Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented CSR/Dispatcher to join our dynamic transportation team. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily dispatch operations, manage and serve as the primary point of contact for technicians, clients, and internal teams. Duties
- Coordinate and schedule technician dispatch using field service management systems such as WEX FSM & Azuga.
- Utilize GPS and GIS tools to track vehicle locations.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal departments via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Enter data accurately into systems like WEX to document dispatch details, payments, maintenance plans.
Experience
- Proven experience in dispatching or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and proficiency in phone etiquette for professional interactions.
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling high-volume calls efficiently.
