We are currently looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher / CSR to be the welcoming voice of our company and the strategic mind behind our daily scheduling.

The Role

As our Dispatcher/CSR, you are the crucial link between our customers and our technicians. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners experiencing plumbing or HVAC issues, meaning your empathy, calm demeanor, and problem-solving skills will set the tone for their entire experience. You will manage our technicians' daily schedules, ensuring they are dispatched efficiently to maximize their time, while also finding opportunities to offer maintenance plans and gather glowing customer reviews.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the Voice of Hickman: Answer incoming calls with a warm, professional, and helpful attitude.
• Schedule & Dispatch: Coordinate and schedule service calls, dispatching the right plumbing or HVAC technician to the right job.
• Route Optimization: Monitor technician locations and map out efficient driving routes to minimize travel time.
• Customer Communication: Keep customers updated on technician arrival times, delays, or any changes to their scheduled service.
• Drive Growth: Maximize every call by offering and selling our maintenance plans, and following up to secure 5-star Google reviews (which you get bonuses for!).
• Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter customer information, job details, and notes directly into Housecall Pro.
• Team Support: Debrief technicians after calls, process payments, and support the management team with daily administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or a call center environment. (Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services is a huge plus!)
• Language Skills: Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply—this is a great bonus!
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, multi-line phone systems, and navigating dispatch software (experience with Housecall Pro is a major advantage).
• Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet, prioritize urgent calls, and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing schedule.
• Geographic Knowledge: Familiarity with the Tulsa area and local traffic patterns to effectively route technicians.
• Stellar Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for de-escalating stressful situations.
