Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, and CRM utilization, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology is desirable.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM platforms (ServiceTitan) for customer data management, scheduling, and performing inbound and outbound calls.
Position Summary:
At Bone Heating & Cooling, the CSR/Dispatcher keeps the service team running smoothly by coordinating technicians, supporting customers, and managing daily scheduling operations. Core Responsibilities:
- Inbound and Outbound Calls:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assist with inquiries, schedule appointments, confirm services, and follow up with customers professionally.
- Appointment Scheduling and Dispatching: Schedule and dispatch HVAC service appointments through the CRM, coordinating technician availability and ensuring timely job completion.
- CRM Management:Maintain accurate customer records and document service requests, interactions, and technician assignments within the CRM system.
- Collaboration with Technicians and Service Team:Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure clear communication, efficient operations, and high customer satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution:Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Dispatching Efficiency:Monitor and optimize technician schedules to improve dispatch efficiency and accommodate urgent or emergency service requests.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
