Customer Service Representative (CSR/Sales) – Prime Auto Glass LLC

Spanish Fork UT Pay: $37440.00-$41600.00(depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Between 7:00AM – 6:00 PM

Prime Auto Glass LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Service/Sales Representative (CSR/Sales) to join our growing team! We are a fast-paced, high-volume auto glass shop looking for someone who thrives in busy environments, has strong communication skills, and enjoys helping customers.

Auto glass experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound and making outbound phone calls
• Able to work with insurance companies and other bigger companies.
• Responding to emails, Yelp messages, social media inquiries, and walk-in customers
• Scheduling appointments and managing customer communication
• Providing quotes for auto glass, and recalibration services
• Educating customers on services their vehicle may require, including recalibrations, moldings, and related parts
• Processing payments and working within computer systems and CRM software
• Assisting with office organization and maintaining a professional shop environment
• Following up with customers and maintaining detailed notes and documentation

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working with computer systems and office software
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must be motivated and driven to grow within the company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Automotive or auto glass industry experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience with scheduling, invoicing, or CRM systems is a plus
