CSR/Self verifier

Strive BPO is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) & Self Verifiers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs
  • Provide product and service information to customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
