Customer Service Representative / Teller
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Teller to join our banking team. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs in a professional manner
- Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and policies
- Identify customer needs and promote appropriate banking solutions
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare daily reports
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously
- Support branch operations
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in banking or customer service is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Basic computer skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
