CSR/Teller

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Accurate and detail oriented
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable and well-organized
• Strong customer orientation and a positive attitude
• Computer literate especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
• High school or equivalent
• One-year related work experience
• Typing ability of 35 + wpm
• Ability to cross-sell Bank products and services

DESIRED:

• Previous bank experience
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Bilingual

FUNCTION:

• Operates a teller's window to provide customers with service on a variety of transactions. Assists less experienced tellers in handling complex paying and receiving transactions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
