Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Culinary Arts Instructor to join our institute. The ideal candidate should have strong practical and theoretical knowledge of cooking, kitchen operations, food presentation, hygiene standards, and hospitality training. The instructor will be responsible for training students in professional culinary skills and preparing them for careers in the food and hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
Deliver practical and theoretical training in Culinary Arts and Professional Cooking
Teach food preparation, cooking techniques, baking basics, kitchen safety, and food presentation
Train students according to professional kitchen and hospitality industry standards
Conduct practical kitchen sessions and supervise student activities
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
Guide students regarding kitchen discipline, hygiene, and teamwork
Evaluate student performance and maintain training records
Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment and tools
Requirements:
Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts, Professional Cooking
Relevant teaching or industry experience in restaurants, hotels, or culinary institutes
Strong practical cooking and kitchen management skills
Good communication and classroom management abilities
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to train students in both basic and advanced cooking techniques
Preferred Skills:
Experience in continental, Pakistani, and international and other cuisines
Baking and food presentation skills
Hospitality industry experience will be preferred
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
