- Vendor & Staff Coordination: Assist in directing on-site event support (bartenders, dishwashers, bakers, etc.).
- Sanitation & Care: Maintain high kitchen cleanliness standards throughout events, wash cookware, dispose of trash, and wash/iron linens (aprons, towels, tablecloths).
Admin & Content Creation
- Event Collateral: Print, assemble, and organize recipe packets, menus, and labels with impeccable attention to detail and grammar.
- Social Media & Media Capture: Take high-quality photos and videos during prep and live events; edit engaging short-form content for social platforms.
- Client & Event Planning: Maintain regular check-ins to review upcoming bookings, timelines, and logistical needs.
