As we grow, we’re looking for a multi-talented team member who thrives on variety—someone who can bring both operational support and creative energy to help deliver meals and tell our story through content and marketing.

Position Summary:

This is a hybrid, multi-faceted role combining hands-on support (deliveries, shopping, packing) with creative brand-building tasks (social media, photo/video content, marketing coordination).

If you're organized, dependable, have a passion for food and know your way around Instagram Reels as well as a grocery store we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Delivery & Shopping (Onsite: Seattle)

• Deliver chef-prepared meals to homes, offices, or event spaces across the Seattle area
• Pick up and organize weekly grocery orders and shop for specific company or client items.
• Assist with light packing, labeling, and cooler organization
• Track and manage returnable items (cooler bags, containers, ice packs)
• Provide timely updates to the kitchen team and clients

Social Media & Marketing (Remote/Flexible)

• Capture behind-the-scenes content of the kitchen, deliveries, and client moments
• Write and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and stories
• Produce Reels, short-form videos, or testimonials (experience not required, but a plus)
• Collaborate on seasonal campaigns (Pies for Pups, holiday drops, etc.)
• Brainstorm and contribute to our weekly and monthly marketing calendar

Requirements:

· Reliable transportation (for deliveries & grocery shopping)

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs with ease

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Social media savvy (especially Instagram & short-form video)

· Interest in local food systems and sustainable practices
