As a Culinary Server, you play an important role in serving nutritious meals with kindness, accuracy, and attention to individual needs—helping turn everyday dining into meaningful moments.

Position Summary:
Provides timely, courteous meal service in a long-term care dining environment while ensuring accuracy with therapeutic diets, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting a positive resident experience.

Schedule:

• As scheduled (varied shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages to residents with care and respect
• Assist with dining room setup, service, and cleanup
• Ensure correct meal delivery based on dietary needs
• Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Monitor food safety procedures and equipment as assigned
• Assist with food storage, supplies, and nourishment preparation
• Communicate resident needs and dietary changes to team members
• Provide friendly, attentive service that supports resident dignity

Qualifications:

• Food service experience preferred (long-term care experience a plus)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, dependable, and service-focused attitude
• Basic reading and math skills required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kitchen activity
• Exposure to heat, cleaning supplies, and dishwashing tasks
