Culinary Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, particularly in crafting delicious meals that meet our high standards of quality and taste. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared for use in pizza making.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and tools.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management for ordering supplies.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling practices at all times.
• Assist in catering events as needed, showcasing culinary skills beyond the standard menu.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred, with a focus on Italian Mexican and American cooking or fine dining being a plus.
• Familiarity with food handling standards and safety regulations is essential.
• Proficiency in using kitchen tools, including knives, mixers, and ovens is required.
• Experience in catering or large-scale food preparation is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dishes that delight customers is highly valued.

Pay: $120.00 - $225.00 per day
