Job Description
The Culinary Trainer is responsible for training and developing the company’s culinary staff across all kitchen sections, ensuring strong technical fundamentals, consistency in execution, and adherence to company standards. The role focuses on designing and delivering structured culinary training programs using sound instructional methodologies, assessing skill gaps, and elevating overall kitchen performance. The Culinary Trainer actively supports operational excellence and new site mobilizations by ensuring culinary teams are well-prepared, compliant, and performance ready.

Design and deliver structured culinary training programs for all kitchen sections

Conduct hands on training, demonstrations, coaching, and on the job training

Ensure adherence to recipes, SOPs, portion control, and presentation standards

Assess skills, identify gaps, and provide targeted retraining and feedback

Train teams on food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and HSE standards

Support culinary training for new site mobilizations and openings

Maintain training records and prepare periodic training reports
Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management

6–10 years of professional culinary experience across multiple kitchen sections

Prior experience in culinary training

Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, SOPs, and kitchen operations

Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills

Certified Trainer qualification is an advantage
